Unhappy customer

I'm very disappointed with OK Furniture in Rooderpoort. I went to washing machine and I found the one in special, when I'm about to pay they told me the price has gone up while the price tag shows the initial price I saw. I refuse to pay extra cos the reason I was buying, it's the special price. The consultant said even if I complain they not going to reduce to the price I saw it with, I complain and pay the price I initially saw that was on 1st August 2024. I'm still waiting for the machine to deliver and I'm the one who call and request updates, it's always different stories till today where I refund
