Unhappy customer

I bought a washing machine and a Restonic double bed. The machine was not in a box , no booklet on how to operate the machine and this was not communicated with me . The bed when i was trying to assemble it putting the bedding i bend on it only for it to brake a hole on the base... Im really dissapointed with the service i got and would not refer anyone to it.
