Unhappy customer

I bought a stand and a wifi radio month of January 2p23..I had issues when I was home untying the stand...the stand had a faulty factory of which I reported it to ok near me in estcourt kzn,i submited the pictures as requested..I was given the head office number of which I did call they also pushed me back to Estcourt where I bought my stand,as the one who were going to assist me with an exchange...they promised to get back to me..till today I'm sitting with a broken stand..my family is not happy that I bought new furniture but it looks old..I cannot even recommend ok to anyone because of the service...I don't know what to do with the stand..it's a disgrace..I just need my money back...I thought of buying other staff there,but they've shown me that they don't care about their customers..
