Unhappy client

I opened an account last year around oct with them and asked them to debit from my account even today they haven't activated it, I should pay with cash and I don't always have time to go to the store to pay, so they putting errors into my account and when ever they call they are so unprofessional and they always promising to reposses my goods hence am paying it's not like am not paying at all, I've been asking them to make a debit order pay but they can't I am not happy with their service this is not how clients should be treated. And they even calling me with their personal cell phones
