Unfair treatment during lockdown

Im seriously dissapointed by ok furniture store,first we were on lockdown and the never send my daughter an eft option to pay account. Then come the 1st of May they expected her to pay r3000.00on both her accounts wich she did not have.she arranged to pay her monghly instalments until she is financially stable.they refused they came and repossessed goods.she had to go ask for a loan from her bank to pay for the goods which they wanted R5000.00 to release them .it was paid on the 19/08/2020.they said the will redeliver the goods after we paid .today is the second day since payment was made they giving us the run around.what can we do in this situation .
