Unfair treatment

Bought a fridge cash at OK Mayfield in Daveyton. It got damaged in February, took it in. It went to the factory. After 2 weeks I called the store and they said they don't have it back as yet. A month later it's still not back. So I went in again end April and they now tell me upon loading at the factory it got damaged, this is after I've gone to the store in person coz no one bothers to call me. They said they will replace the fridge with a brand new one... To date my paid up fridge hasn't been delivered to me. Everytime I call they tell me it's on the way, when I call the driver he blocks my number. When I visit the store the manager is never around to see me. This is now May and I have no fridge
