Unfair treatment by ok furnitures

My daughter took tv from them and now she is no more working and i been struggling to pay them and now their balance is R700 . This week i paid R400 and left with the balance of 300 , now this lady callled me yesterday to say i should pay the balance and i told her that this is not my account am just helping my daughter who is not working and i promise to pay the balance month end and no she said she will be coming today to get the tv. i felt that i was treat unfairly by ok furnitures.
