Unfair treatment

I Thembani Monani Hereby laying a complaint based on unfair treatment from OK Furniture Store, Yesterday (23/06/16 I have received a telephone call from the neighbours that OK furniture store collection Agent has forced the Minor and/or a child to sign for repossession process, However I’m quite aware of my account being in arrears but recently I have not received any warnings and communication and/or final notice from you, The guy forced the minor “My younger sister” whom he claim to be my girlfriend to sign the documents and packed the Television set and my Home theatre without my concern I was not even made aware of the process, The Guy's name is hendrik, I tried to call him and he was shouting and aggressive, told me that I behind with the payment although I have a proof of the previous payment receipt of R500 and it hasn't been and end of the month as yet but already he’s taking my staff, I even made the offer to pay again today but he refused the offer because he wanted to take my staff, i can't imagine the pain and the humiliation he has set me on because everyone in the area was watching him enjoying dramatic act. I there called and emailed their offices and I was promised that they were going to contact me back but no one has contacted me.
