Unfair Credit Practices!!

So I app**** for credit. Waited for a almost 2 weeks with update. Was told issue was employment verification.

Followed up again. Got declined instead. Reason: Unstable Employment History. My employment history the last 4 years = 3 years in one company and 6 months in another job with a different company with no gaps in between.

How is this unstable? Someone is not doing their job right.
