Uncomfortable or rather no Seating

I made a purchase on the 26th November and have not received my goods because as I am told the stock was over sold. What frustrates me is that when I signed for my offer I was told my stock can even arrive on the same day. Because I don't have enough space at my place I immediately gave away my sofas so that I can make space for the new set and now for almost 2 weeks my family is sitting on camp chairs. And I am told that they might receive the stock just before the 20th. Now I really find this completely unacceptable.. I honestly don't blame the store where I made the purchase(OK Furniture Meyerton) because they are the man on the ground. But the guys up there should know and do better, black Friday is every year no excuses. I want my sofas and the mattress I bought now honestly this is not on.
