Unbelivable service

<p>So firstlt thank you Thabo from Okay HO for your service it was on point too bad your stores were such a dispappointmet.</p> <p> </p> <p>Saturday I was suposse to get my stuf delivered Thabo tried his absolut best to get this done for me but unfortunately the store didn't have stock of the bed and was waiting for it to be delivered. So I slept on the floor of my new apartment on Saturday. Sunday I was advised by Okay Newtown where the delivery was to happen. So I waited for the delivery to happen the agent wo assisted me on sunday advisd that the truck had delivered the bed from the warehouse and delivery would be made to me shortly, I followed around 12:30pm and was advised that the driver had picked up the stuff and was on his way, followed again as it was taking way too long agent from Okay Newtown advised me that the driver was on route but firgot his phone, I waited the whole day no delivery so I was **** to and again I had to sleep on the floor and was unable to go do groceries as now I had no idea when my stuff would get there. </p> <p> </p> <p>Monday the manger called me after Thabo from head office had to follow up with him he then advsued me I'll get the stuff 2 when the driver gets there, the Blessing(Newtown Manger) Tells it would be 3:30pm as they still waiting for the driver I only got my stuff at 5pm. </p> <p> </p> <p>If that was not bad enough another lie was told to me I was advised that there would some people to assist with getting the stuff up to my aprtment this was promised to me by the manager and when the driver gets there no one is ther I had to move the stuff in lucky the driver was considerate and helped out where he could.</p> <p> </p> <p>I mean what kind of service is this I've never come across that staff would blatanly lie to clients face and advise that stock will delivered knowing full and well it's sitting in the store I deeply disappointed by OKAY I ahd o spend my whole weekend on the floor and had to miss work waiting for my goods to be delivered it's truly shocking that this how you guys cinduct business.</p>
