Unacceptable service

<p>On the 13th of March 2017 I purchased a TV stand for R2399 at OK furniture shop at Jabulani mall. They told me they don't have the Tv stand at the shop however I should return to the store on Wednesday which will be the 15th of March 2017 however a guy named Joseph who was helping me called me to tell me that I have to go to south gate to get the stand I refused to go the after wards when days go by he kept calling me to give me options on where to go to get the stand n I don't know why should I go n get the stand on other branches my self when I bought it in a branch next to me. This Joseph guy & his boss are so *********** its like they don't even know what they are doing they just been so useless. A moth later on 24th of April we went to the shop to ask for our money back I couldn't believe my ears when they told me that we have to go another branch to get the money coz for some reason the is no money in the shop. I don't know what kind of jock are they running on that store. </p>
