Un happy with the service from OK Furnishers in Southgate Mall

I called OK furnishers Southgate Mall on the 01/10/2019 informing them of the bed i bought on the 23/08/2018 which is totally wrecked up until now i am still waiting for OK furninshers Southgate Mall to come and pick up the bed this type of service is totally unacceptable and they dont even call to inform what the reason is for them picking up the bed or if they going to fix it.
