I bought and a washing machine was wrapped in plastic not delivered in a box i complained and they helped me but couldnt assist me with the restonic bed i bought it from them last year october i complained about it because it broke in the middle same day when it was dilivered but they ddnt wanna assist me you should see it now its like i have been sleeping on it for years
