*****ulent dishonesty,and horrible customer service

I just made I just made the payment of R900 for my account at the Mangaung ok furniture branch(Rocklands, ShopRite). And I have attached the Receipt to this email. And they are saying that I am in areas of R1026.68 and they sent me an SMS saying I am in areas of R1926.68 and the amount due is R2867.75. now what is disturbing is that when I made payment at the Bloemfontein branch in town last month they said my areas was R0.00. Another disturbing thing is the balance that is left when I payed at Bloemfontein my Capital outstanding balance was R14821.50 yet at the Mangaung branch they say my Capital outstanding balance is R14817.18 today(9/12/2025) Now my question is what is going on here because clearly there is ***** that is happening at the Mangaung branch Because my Capital outstanding balance keeps on getting higher everytime I pay on the SMS it is saying I still have outstanding balance of R15717.18
