Two to three months down the line I still have not received my bed

Bought a queen bed in may but same have not been delivered to date. I have seen an email sent to Malamulele store to assist but no one bother to do same. Instead more than 10 days later I drove there only to be told that they have responded to the online team that the dont do deliveries in my area and my order have been redirected to Elim store. They also highlighted that there is no stock of same, how can they sell something which they do not have. Since then I have been waiting for my bed. Can I please get my bed or be refunded my money so that I can go buy elsewhere. This is not the first issue I had with okay. Last year I bought two TVs but they never wanted to deliver same until I had to fight. Do I have to fight for everything that I have bought with my hard earned money every time I buy staff from you guys. If this is what i have to go through every time i make a purchase to you, then am done buying anything from you.
