TV without is holders

I bought a Panasonic flat screen TV at Protea Glen mall and was assisted by someone by the Surname of sibisi in April this year it didn't see the TV had no holders when I went back she said she will call me when the holders are there I went twice got no help now we on July I have not heard anything from her and I bought it cash.
