TV not working

Good day,

I bought a hisense tv from ok furniture in bergville, the tv cost was R12 999, over and above the tv i bought furniture worth over R31k.

All the good were loaded onto the bakkie to my house, upon delivery and upon tv connection, the dstv installer called me and told me there is something wrong with the tv, it showed blurred lines and was not connecting. It took the tv back to the store, the tv was not tested with me. i have no idea if it was playing or not.

Please check the warranty and options available to get a replacement, also not i have bought another tv at the same store few days later to be able to connect, this time i changed the brand from hisense to samsung and i loaded the tv in my own bakkie and was able to get home safe with the tv and it was tested with me as it was on display and cost around R13 999

i have spent over R46 000 total for all the goods and i had previously bought goods at the same stores in the past for cash not account
