TRERRIBLE SERVICE FROM OK FURNITURE

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!

My mom bought a fridge from OK Furniture Steeldale, Gauteng in 2018/2019 (I'm not sure wich year), she paid it finished and she took out an extended guarantee/warranty. The guarantee/warranty expiered on the 18th December 2025, I've been in contact with them, since November this year, send through al the paper work, they asked for, and up until today, they did not fix the fridge.

The Steeldale Branch closed down, so I've been dealing with the branch in Alberton
