Totally Dissatisfied

I did a laybuy of a 13kg defy washing machine at OK Furniture at Twin city mall for R5600. On the last month of paying off my laybuy, i was called and told that machine was out of stock and that theres a 14kg available and that i should add a R400. Two days later i went and paid R2000, wich was a tuesday and told them i would pick up the machine on thursday. When i finished paying the last R1000 and wanted my machine, i was suddenly told the machine was out of stock too and that i should wait until the machine was available. I was so upset and requested my R6000 back and i was told i would be called during the day to get my refund. I waited the whole day, no calls until i drove from Thaba Nchu to bloemfontein again to get my refund around past4. When i arrived, i was again told there money was money in the till because it was moved i should wait. This is the 2nd time Ok does this to me and honestly fed up with the shop.
