Took my cash sale money but have not delivered

I paid for goods and delivery on 24.11.2017. I have had no correspondence from OK. ********** 02 No call, no email, NO DELIVERY. no return mail from ********** ********** 000 just stays engaged ********** 861 - the dialled number is busy. How do I contact OK furniture???? do you just take money and the ignore me???? Please urgently have someone contact me with my delivery date and time.
