Too good to assist a customer

CH Terrablanche I'm customer service took my call this morning after making numerous calls regarding an order that has never been delivered. I ordered last week and have sent emails following up on delivery all of which have not been rep**** to. The lady was such a rude hag she had the nerve to drop the call in my ear when I asked for my order to be cancelled if she cannot help me. What disgusting behaviour I wonder if this is the standard of service that's acceptable at OK
