****tiest service ever

Ok furniture kenako is the place with the worst service second time I'm receiving such bad service here I laybyed last month two tv and and 3 days later came to take outbofnif them I paid and after paying was told they dont have it and when they do i must keep checking them because they will sell it if I don't. Today I've been here for atleast 30min waiting for the sales consultant to get of the phone with her family member. And yet I'm here again to spend another larger amount of money. The ok I know is one were u get serviced from the door and back to the door when u leaving the service gas turned into such **** and no care I say now that no one should enter this shop they make u feel like u are the one they doing a favour.
