Think twice before buying an appliance at OK Furniture

I bought a DEFY washing machine at OK Furniture Kagiso Mall that came with a R450 Ariel Washing Powder voucher. To this day, I have not received the voucher. What makes things worse is the store's failure to contact me and keep me informed. The involvement of Mr. Mogale, a regional manager, has not helped at all. Mogale reads my messages and blatantly ignores me.
