They told me,they would deliver my wardrobe buy am still waiting and when I called them,they still give me this bad attitude

I have bought this wardrobe at ok furniture store,at jabulani mall,they lady called palesa was all good to assist me,she was a good sales lady,she managed to convince me to buy it,she also told me if I buy it,I would I will it get the product that I have bought,but the problem is they never told me,that they never called me, instead am they one who called them and they always say they will get back at me still today...Am waiting and the wardrobe was supposed to be the Christmas present for my granny and Xmas has passed already
