They have bad customer service!!!

<p>I deposited a washing machine at Ok Furniture Store The washing machine was 2, something then i paid deposit of 1100. Then i made my regular payments as usually so that i can finish paying the machine. The last weekend i went to Ok Furniture to pay off the machine. They tell me that the machine price has changed i must pay the full new balance. Then i told them to refund me they told me that the person who dela with the money was not in!!!! WHAT KIND OF A NONSENSE IS THIS!!!! I want my money back i will go somewhere else to buy the washing machine!!!</p>
