They don't live up too their Name!!!

I bought a bed on the 5March and its almost paid up, the mattress is falling in,I reported 22/6/15 I received a call from Bravo Group Sleep Products they come out to inspect the mattress on1/06/15 and acording to them its fine Ok Furniture called me on 10/06/15 the repairs clerk said he will speak to the Rep and see what he can do and I'm still waiting.
