Theft

I purchased a tv on the 29 of January 2023 online. I received an email stating i will be contacted by the Roodepoort store. They did not contact me. I mad several attempts and was told to come to the store on the 23 of February 2023. I waited at the store for over an hour to be told they cannot release my order. The branch manager said he will then deliver the item on the 24th of Jan 2023. He later called stating i must bear the consequences of paying the difference as the price had gone up. At this time i am without the tv or my money. Headoffice told me i must deal with the store. This is not acceptable.
