The Worst On Line Service Ever - Ok Furniture/Power Express

I have been a loyal customer for more than 15 years. Last week Thursday, 26 November 2020 I placed an order for a bed to be delivered on line. By Tuesday 1 December 2020, not one contacted me regarding delivery of my order, you can also not tract the order on line. I then start phoning every one from customer service to the online service, I have been promised delivery since Wednesday. I even spoke to the so called driver today, telling me he will be here in a hour. This was at 17h30, it has now been more than a week AND STILL NO BED
