The bed is bad

Good morning M writing this is email to complain regarding the bed I bought at Louis Trichardt ok furniture on the 28 November 2025 n I was told the bed is good quality. By month end of December when I was doing my bed I felt has a wire on the side n immediately I went to the shop n told them ( Tumelo) n he said I must send picture of the bed on the 2nd of January I did send n I waited till somewhere mid Jan there was no respond I went back to the shop n he said he will send the email again coz he hasn’t received answer I then told him even the bed is not balancing he said he will give bed legs n see if the problem is not on the legs I went again on the 24 march to fetch the legs he told me he will deliver them for me during the week but he ddnt. I went again to ask if he has feedback regarding the bed n to fetch the legs then he said he is going to store room to fetch legs we called he kept on saying he is coming he ddnt we called he ddnt answer even today so please help me the bed is uncomfortable. I would appreciate if I can take bed back n take other brand il add money if it more than this one
