The bad state of the bed

I bought a bed at OK furniture Jane Furse Limpopo with a one year guarantee but the bed has lost its shape (ya phohlomela). I lodged a complaint with Mr Kabeli the cashier and since then he has been giving me a run around. I wouldn't like them to come and collect the bed and give me the new one. Please give feedback with immediate attention because the warranty is about to expire in December. If not solved if 7 working days i have no other option but to lodge a complaint with Ombudsman.
