Terrible terrible service!

I purchased a TV from OK Furnishers on 29 November 2021. Only received a confirmation email and a subsequent email requesting some additional information which I sent to them.

Now approaching the third week and OK Furnishers have not provided any feedback as to when the order will be ready for collection or rep**** to any emails.

I have been corresponding with (and without any reply from) Lee Ann Bell, Dudu Ngobeni and Charmaine Terblanch.

I wish I just bought the item from some other business - terrible terrible service!
