TERRIBLE SERVICE,BAD ATTIDUDUE AND RUDE MANAGER

My name is Shirley customer to OK furniture shop,i am hereby to complain about the service i received from OK Furniture in LImpopo Phalaborwa.I have contacted the Manager of OK who handled my query about the Fridge i bought from the shop on the 29 November and still not received it till this date. The manager was very rude to me with attitude and he put the phone down on my ears when i asked him the reasons why the Fridge is still not delivered.I do not think the shop has the right person to handle customer queries let alone people s****s and communication s****s.He does not deserve to be in his position he is right now.I am upset, disappointed and mad about the situation it was handled.

Apparently one of the issue why the fridge was not delivered is that the shop does not have the truck or transport to collect/fetch customer goods from other branches who has the stock available for the customers. The manager also mentioned that they hire transport on contract basis and for that there is nothing they can do if the transporter doesn't want to fetch the goods because its *****his has became a customer problem when they have to wait long for the goods before delivered as there is not stock from the shop .I asked the manager to let me go and fetch the goods from other branch then they can refund me transport money still he refused saying that

I have asked the Manager the following question which he refused to answer.Why would they sell something they dont have in the warehouse/shop? Why the problem of transport to get customers goods from other branches became the customer problem? Before they sell the goods to customers does the sales person check from the system to see if stock is available?

If the stock is not available do they notify the customers before they can ask them about the delivery date of their goods?

I needs answers from OK Management about this issue . I have waited for my good to be delivered till this date nothing happend. I was told today I will have to wait for January to get my goods. This is not what I was told when I gave them my money, i was told to wait at least a week. Weeks came by and passed still nothing.
