Terrible service n dishonest from the staff

I bought a fridge at ok furniture in Piet retief on Friday the 13th n it haven’t been delivered till today I call everyday and they tell me stories yesterday I was told it will b delivered today it coming frm Newcastle I just called the salesman GUMEDE now he is telling me that I wnt get the fridge today because there is no electricity wht does electricity how t do with the truck coming frm Newcastle?? Will my fridge b delivered with an electric truck ??
