terrible service

<p>Hi, </p> <p> </p> <p>I app**** for a contract last year already with OK FURNITURE and I requested a TV, Fridge and Fan, they said I'm accepted and I paid my R900 odd for the deposite fee. To date i received the TV and Fridge, Apparently they never had a fan in stock. This was during the summer season and I needed a fan. I went to clicks and paid almost R500 for a stand fan. OK FURNITURE was suppose to give me a new contract without the fan which I was suppose to start paying end of March. I have made many calls to the store in Claremont Cape Town and every call I made was from cellphone and I always hear they will get back to me and they never do. I'm still waiting for this new contract which no one has given to me. </p> <p>I received a sms on the 29 July 2016 I need to make a payment before the 1 August 2016. I conatcted the store again and I was told I will receive a call the next day and until now I still have noe received anything. This morning after 7 I get a call from a debt collecting company looking for the payment that I apparently reversed. </p> <p>I'm not making any payment until I receive a new contract from them. How can they expect a payment a payment from me when I have not signed a new contract. The old one I signed was including the Fan, they told me some guy In JHB must sort out the contract and this was in Jan 2016 and till today nothing.</p> <p>I'm at a point where hey can collect the **** because I'm going to make a payment until ythey sort their **** out.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards,</p>
