Terrible Service!!

Absolutely pathetic service from OK Furniture in Tongaat.

The entire process of applying for an account through to organizing delivery was a nightmare. The staff do not communicate with customers, I was told my bed would be delivered today, I took time off work to sort out their ridiculous amount of paperwork and rearrange furniture at home considering they informed me delivery would be today.

I called the store a few times, still being told the bed would arrive today. Now at 16:30, I call again only to be informed at this point that they do not have stock on hand and delivery would take place next week!

Absolutely horrid experience, I would never recommend using them to anyone!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!!
