Phoned the branch and was advise not true we went back. Had to deal with him again. Couldn't use the computer system totaly clue less. He took our proof or residence as a payslip and it clearly says TELKOM and not payslip. My husband is self employed. They would give us the deal on the TV as he doesn;t have a TV License I told them its one TV License per household was told no I'm wrong. I phoned head Office laid a complaint and got phoned to say sorry I was right and must come back. Went back the application was done wrong. Had to do it completey over. This Morning was phoned and told application denied because we are self employed and not a steady income. Yet we own two vehicles on HP with Wesbank and NEdbank with the same Statements. OK FURNITURE IS DISCREMINATING AGAINST SELF EMPLOYED PEOPLE AND BECAUSE I MADE A NOISE. AS FOR THE AREA MANAGER SAID NOT HELPING DEAL IS DECLINED.
