Terrible, Feet dragging service!!

Ok Furniture - Twin City BFN

I returned a gas heater to the store within 7 days as it was giving issues - turning off on it's own, loud blowing noise, etc. When I arrived, I asked for a full refund as I didn't want the heater and still struggle with the same issues again. All this happened on 6 June! Till now I still haven't received my refund. When I call them to ask them about this, they claim that they don't have money in the store, they are still waiting for money to process my refund! Ok Furniture Twin City has terrible service!!!
