TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

<p>Hi there,</p> <p> </p> <p>I had Bush Baby Braai stand I’m interested in at Ok furniture in boulders Midrand cost R 769, So the store consultant call me to let me know that other branches don’t have it in stock and they didn’t have it either except the one on display. Then i told him it fine i will buy the one on display because i need it so bad for camp event I’m planning and he called again to let me know that it has a fault with one wheel but then i still agreed to take it cause that was not a major issue - so i asked him to speak to his manager to arrange a discount i will stay take it i will come through on Saturday 09 sept. i arrived a t the store and they told me that their Regional manager authorised R50 off refused for R100 off but when i saw it has a couple of scratches and I asked the guys to call regional manager to let him know of what we just discovered and take off R20 but they said they're scared of the regional manager and I spended 1and half hour but issue was not resolved, worse part I had to pay R720 + 200 for delivery nevertheless that i stay 2km away from the store. I’m really disappointed at OK Furniture, as much as i still have interest in that braai stand.
