Terrible customer care

I have bought JVC Soundbar at Roodepoort OK Furniture In July, then within a month, the sound system wasn't no longer playing, I took it back, they stayed with sound system for a month, I have been paying without using it, then later after I complained, they gave me another soundbar, the secondbar I was given it also had problem because when play it within an hour it just switch off and it get hot when u touch it. Then I called the manager and explained the situation, yes on the phone I told him that I do not need it and I asked them to give me different brand because I can not continue something that's giving me problem while I am still paying it, then manager agreed that they will give me an option to choose something else different, since I returned the sound system, the promise is still on hold. its been a week since waiting to hear him to tell me to come choose the sound system but no luck. Since the sound is on monthly instalment, if they do not want me to choose different sound system, its better they cancel the instalment and the contract on soundbar and they remain with their faulty property. I can not continue pay for something that I did not owning, I have been paying monthly instalment while I do not have the soundbar with me. I rate OK furniture very terrible customer care, I will never recommend anyone to go purchase in that furniture shop. Since they not giving me the opportunity to change to something else, I recommend that they cancel the contract and be recorded as returned furniture!
