Terrible attitude towards customers

The OK Furniture got stink attitude on customer with their **** sound system, I have returned the sound system twice, they are refusing to fix or exchange it. It's been three weeks they never called me, now they are claiming that I ddnt collect, but they never called me. I wont recommend anyone to buy from that shop. Terrible attitude, they are very careless!
