Swearing

Julia phoned on the 28th of May 2015 at 14:44Pm, we spoke on the phone for 05 minutes:53seconds. As I was explaining to her that I am currently unemployed and that I do not have money to pay, I always borrow the money to pay, she started swearing at me. Julia swore at me and as I gave her my residential address she said I was giving her a stupid address and she also said I was stupid and dumb. I am really upset on how OK Furniture staff treat us. I even saved her voice record as my phoned records every phone call.
