Stinking Attitude

I have an account with OK Furnishers and they no longer debit me, So they called me and told me that I was owing R415 and I promised to pay same day as R250 that same day as I asked for their account number and when I tried depositing the money the account number was not accepted on the ATM, and I did not have time to stand in a queue. So I called and made an arrangement, today a lady called me today and I asked her to give until Friday and she was so rude as if I owe HER money, she has poor telephone etiquettes. She even dropped the call while I was on the other line, I just want to pay up and cancel it up. But there is no one amount. The treatment I receive hhayikhona.
