STILL WAITING !!!!!!!!

I am waiting for the past 6 months for a judgement to be removed from my credit profile, i spoke to transunion ive send the paid up letter got it to be removed they removed it, however OK furniture did not bother to send the instruction to Experience Bureau to be updated, of which i didn't even know these people existed until transunion referred me to them to check with them. how pathetic can a credit provider be, you got you damn money in full now you dont bother to clear my damn name.
