Staff not trained

Today 2nd December I walked into the OK Furniture store in primrose to collect my tickets from compu ticket which is advertised on the stores windows. But was told that the staff are not trained on the system so I am unable to get the tickets. Why does the stores advertise and have the systems but they cannot use it? Either train your staff or do not offer the service to your customers.
