Soun bar

Purchased a sound bar(Skyworth) in december ok furniture in Carltonville it was working for a week then i went on 22/12/2023 to report that it's not working which they told me their suppliers are closed for holidays which i didn't have a problem because there's nothing i can do, I then went on 02/01/2024 spoke to manager they told me the same story waiting for suppliers i'm not happy because i bought it cash and they gave me the system from the display i need an apology on my *** and a new system.
