Sick to the core with OK Furniture Greenacres Staff

I am very disappointed with the Service my poor old mother who got BAD service; as she phoned in today at OK Furniture Greenacres following a Washing Machine she bought on the 19th of October Cash...the machine has never worked they have been beating around the Bush since she called the them on the 1st day she wanted to use it which was the 22nd October... Technician came to see to the matter on the 08th of November, and confirmed that the machine was factory faulty they never programmed the machine and the is nothing he can do and advised that OK must give us a new machine... She has been calling getting different stories she went to the shop still getting stories... it's been close to a month now she's wasted money on airtime taxi fare and all... The worst part today when she called the lady by the Name of Zintle was rude and even said to my mom I quite "**** You Sisi" and dropped the phone I'm really annoyed and sick I feel like throwing up.... if nothing is done about this I want a public apology for my mother
