Shocking customer service

Hi, I went to Piet Retief Ok Furnishers on the 05th October to buy a laptop for exams beginning 09th Oct and needed to use this laptop to write the exams, till today the laptop has not been delivered. Empty promises that they are coming to deliver till to date, shocking service and I have paid deposit of R420.Shocking shocking shocking!
