Shocking customer service

I made an online purchase on 7 September 2018, over 2 months later and still no delivery, after countless efforts I still have not received the items ordered and this after I was promised a delivery by end October 2018.

I cant believe that this is the type of service I receive from a retailer that belongs to such a large retail group. Gone are the days of the true OK stores I remember the big retailer in Cape Town Golden Acre, I guess those days are gone forever.
