Selling us the wrong product and not giving us poor service

My aunt and l we were looking for a gas/electric power deep freeze because of electricity problem and we saw one at OK furniture Qwaqwa sitting, we were never told that the deep freeze dose not freeze at only gets cold, when we took at back to change it, the said they can't change it.
